The Vision for Valify: Building the Best for Purchased Services in Healthcare
Healthcare purchased services have come a long way in the three years since we founded Valify. In that time, purchased services has transformed from a misunderstood budget area to a top financial savings opportunity and priority for healthcare organizations nationwide.
Valify has driven that recognition and is capturing that market much faster than any of our competitors. It’s not even close. As such, we have doubled in size each year, growing from myself and Matt Clark to likely more than 30 employees by the end of 2017. Our client base has grown to more than 500 hospitals and health systems with more than $120 billion in purchased services spending activity. In that time, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team, Valify has created and set the standard in purchased services with in-depth visibility, proven results, and savings solutions for total expense management.
In light of these achievements, Valify is launching a new brand to demonstrate how our solution is consistently delivering millions of dollars in savings to healthcare organizations nationwide. Our new tag line—Total Visibility. Proven Results. — highlights how our solution is the preferred enterprise-wide, web-based platform that provides complete spend transparency and actionable insights in a matter of only days, by analyzing and benchmarking a healthcare system’s purchased services data and now realizing those savings with our RFP Suite of solutions.
New features, new opportunities
The launch of the RFP module perfectly coincides with our new brand because it fulfills our goal of delivering a complete, integrated platform. The new RFP module streamlines the RFP process through the use of category specific templates. It flows data and content from other areas in Valify directly into customizable RFP templates. When the RFP is returned from vendors, healthcare organizations can make objective based decisions through side-by-side analysis to more easily compare responses and identify savings opportunities. Users will have the ability to create and maintain an online repository of their own RFPs and templates too. Since all proposals from vendors are completed in the Valify vendor portal, thereby eliminating paper submissions that come in different formats and varying degrees of completeness, we expect this RFP feature to reduce the typical nine-month RFP process to under three months, saving our customers countless hours and dollars. End-to-End Purchased Services Solution
With the addition of the RFP feature, Valify will now offer customers the only complete end-to-end purchased services spend management solution. RFP works hand-in-hand with Market Share and our other offerings to empower customers with the tools to fully optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of their teams. Just as Valify has built the solution that sets the standard in purchased services spend management, our customers are building purchased services teams with incredible horsepower thanks to easy access to complete data visibility and the tools to realize savings-based actionable insights.
